Fault 1: The rock drilling speed is reduced

(1) Causes of failure: First, the working air pressure is low; second, the air leg is not telescopic, the thrust is insufficient, and the fuselage jumps backward; third, the lubricating oil is insufficient; fourth, the flushing water flows into the lubrication part; Affecting exhaust; Sixth, the wear of main parts exceeds the limit; Seventh, the phenomenon of “hammer washing” occurs.

(2) Elimination measures: First, adjust the pipeline to eliminate air leakage, increase the diameter of the air supply pipe, and reduce the gas consumption equipment; and whether the reversing valve is lost, damaged or stuck; the third is to add oil to the lubricator, replace the polluted lubricating oil, clean or blow through the small holes of the oil circuit; the fourth is to replace the broken water needle and replace the brazing rod that blocked the center hole The fifth is to knock off the condensed ice cubes; the sixth is to replace the worn parts in time; the seventh is to reduce the water pressure and overhaul the water injection system.

Fault 2: The water needle is broken

(1) Causes of failure: First, the small end of the piston is seriously piled up or the center hole of the shank is not correct; the second is that the clearance between the shank and the hexagonal sleeve is too large; the third is that the water needle is too long; the fourth is that the reaming depth of the shank is too shallow .
(2) Elimination measures: first, replace it in time; second, replace it when the opposite side of the hexagonal sleeve is worn to 25mm; third, trim the length of the water needle; fourth, deepen it according to the regulations.

Fault 3: Failure of the gas-water linkage mechanism

(1) Causes of failure: First, the water pressure is too high; second, the gas circuit or water circuit is blocked; third, the parts in the water injection valve are corroded; fourth, the spring of the water injection valve fails due to fatigue; fifth, the sealing ring is damaged.
(2) Elimination measures: one is to appropriately reduce the water pressure; the other is to dredge the air passage or waterway in time; the third is to clear the rust or replace it; the fourth is to replace the spring; the fifth is to replace the sealing ring.

Fault four: difficult to start
(1) Causes of failure: First, the water needle was removed; second, the lubricating oil was too thick and too much; third, water was poured into the machine.
(2) Elimination measures: First, refill the water needle; second, adjust properly; third, find the cause and remove it in time.

Fault five: broken brazing
(1) Causes of failure: First, the air pressure in the pipeline is too high; second, the high power is suddenly turned on.
(2) Elimination measures: one is to take pressure reduction measures; the other is to start the rock drill slowly.
