Powered by compressed air, it features integrated operating mechanisms, flexible startup, and air-water linkage, making it easy to operate and maintain with low noise, small vibration and long service life of parts. With a drilling diameter of 34-42mm and maximum drilling depth of 5m, it is mainly used for drilling blast holes and anchor holes in medium-hard to hard rocks, perfectly adapting to underground mine crosscut development needs.
The usage of YT29A is simple and user-friendly. It can be used with FT160A or FT160B air legs according to different working conditions, and equipped with FY250 transparent lubricator to observe oil level and adjust oil supply for optimal lubrication. Before operation, check the air and water pipelines for leaks, ensure the lubricator is filled with appropriate oil, and select the matching drill bit based on rock hardness. During operation, control the air pressure at 0.4-0.63MPa, adjust the propulsion force properly to avoid jamming, and use the air-water linkage function to effectively blow and clean the drill hole, ensuring drilling smoothness.
